Ankara New High Speed Train Station was put out to tender by General Directorate of Turkish State Railways/TCDD with Do-Operate-Transfer model in 2012. This tender was awarded to the Joint Venture which consists of Kolin- Limak-Cengiz companies. Application contract was signed between the Joint Venture and General Directorate of Turkish State Railways / TCDD in October 2013. According to the tender contract, Station Building shall be completed in two years and operated by Kolin-Limak- Cengiz Joint Venture for 19 years and 7 months, whereas passenger transportation and high speed train operations shall be performed by TCDD. Building consists of 177.895 m2- of indoor area. Including the basements, totally seven floors shall be constructed. Two basement and an indoor parking are with a capacity of 1.656 vehicles are planned. In the railway platform floor in the first basement, 6 high speed train lines shall be available. Administrative buildings belonging to Train Operator and Turkish State Railways shall take place in the ground floor. Ground floor, first and second floors shall involve 26.853 m2 rentable commercial areas. In third and fourth floors, a hotel with 134 rooms and 268 bed and offices for rent with a total area of 4.000 m2 shall take place. Having a height of 30 meter, the building shall involve VIP and CIP lounges as well. The building; in which the pedestrian circulation would be provided by 17 stairs, 20 fire stairs, 20 service stairs, 54 various escalators reaching to various heights and 35 elevators, shall be constructed in the manner of “Green Building” based on state of- the-art technology. In the current Ankara Train Station Building connections shall be provided by 1 underpass and 1 overpass. Ankaray, Batıkent Metro, Sincan Metro, Keçiören Metro within Ankara rail transport system and Airport Metro which will be constructed shall be connected to the station and It shall be a joint station for these metro lines. High Speed Train Station Building to be constructed shall be fronted to the south of 3 railway platforms of existing Ankara Station Building and to Celal Bayar Boulevard. Under High Speed Train Station Building, there shall be 3 railway platform and 6 railway lines, and initially 20.000 passenger shall be served for day, whereas this shall reach 50.000 passengers per day later on. It shall take in the centre and final point of Ankara, Eskişehir, Konya, İstanbul, İzmir, Antalya, Sivas and Adana high speed railway lines. The plant shall be transferred to General Directorate of Turkish State Railways after the operation period of 19 year 7 month, and this shall be the first in Turkey with its mentioned features.

(Cengiz-Mapa-Limak-Kolin-Kalyon Joint Venture) has gained the right of operation for a period of 25 years by gaining the Build-Operate-Transfer Tender of İstanbul New Airport made on 3 May 2013 with a total a price of 22 billion 152 million Euro + VAT. IGA Airport Management Inc. was founded on 7 October 2013. The airport is one of the major airport project all around the world, involving the construction of a new airport between Yeniköy and Akpınar villages in the coast of Black Sea in İstanbul with an investment amount of 10.2 Billion Euro. It will provide service with a capacity of 90 million passengers per year with its 2 runways upon the completion of first phase and then with a capacity of over 200 million passengers per year with 6 runways upon completion of all 6 runways. 

With its infrastructure to be constructed in the light of state-of-the-art technology, New İstanbul Airport will provide flawless service to a great flight network, rank among the most important airports of Europe and the world and place Turkey on a leading position in civil aviation sector. İstanbul New Airport will give a significant acceleration in the development process of Turkey shown among the developing economies of the world. 22,2 billion Euro + VAT will be transferred to the public within 25 years from that great investment which will ensure an added value on a significant level for all sectors of the economy of Turkey, especially in service sector. New Airport, will put new rings into the string of added value ensured for Turkey by providing employment directly for 100 thousands people and for 1,5 million people with the total of sub-sectors.

KLN Logistics advances with firm steps forward within the sector via its domestic and foreign logistic projects. It makes import and export road transport in both inside and outside of the country and in Europe and Azerbaijan destinations. The Company carries out special railway projects with its own wagons and containers, and makes approximately 750.000 tons of railway transport per year. The company has a hotel having an indoor area of 55.000 m2 totally which entered into service on February 2014 in Aydınlı - Çamlıbelde location over E5-E6 connection road in Tuzla, Asian Side of Istanbul and which is managed by Radisson Blu. The hotel involves; 254 rooms, a la carte restaurant, main restaurant, 2 bars, 2 multi-purpose halls, 8 meeting halls, fitness area, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, 9.000 m2 garden and 4000 m2 spa/fitness area. Approximately 170 personnel are employed in the hotel. The facility offers a “city hotel with holiday concept” with its approximately 180 staff and provides service both for business world via its location near to commercial areas and for airport visitors via its location near airport. In addition, it stands out as the first facility at Anatolian Side offering opportunities for party, wedding and meetings. The hotel has had an aim to rank within first three in Asian side in terms of occupancy and sales rate since its establishment.
